Frequently Asked Questions
Your questions answered. Your confidence secured
Investing in land is one of the most important financial decisions of your life. It is natural to have questions. Below, we have addressed the most common questions our clients ask before, during, and after a plot purchase with Manzar Properties Limited.
How do I start the process of buying a plot from Manzar?
Begin with a site visit or a call. You'll see the master plan, available plots, and the project documents. There's no obligation at this stage - we encourage you to take your time.
How can I verify the land before paying?
Check the dag and mouza in your contract against records at the land office. The project's approval documentation is also available for your review before booking. We'll walk you through both and you're welcome to bring your own lawyer to every step.
What plot sizes are available?
Residential plots of 3, 4, and 5 katha, and commercial plots of 20 katha, across both projects.
What payment options are available?
One-time (full) payment and installment plans. Details of booking amounts and installment structures are shared during your visit or call, based on the plot you select.
What do I get if I pay the full amount at once?
Full-payment buyers receive the right to place a signboard in their own name on the plot immediately.
When do I receive my plot?
Handover takes place when your payments reach 30% of the plot price - a defined milestone in your agreement. You take possession while completing the remaining payments.
Can my plot be changed or reassigned after booking?
No. Plot change protection is written into the agreement - the plot assigned to you stays yours.
When do I become the legal owner?
Ownership is completed through registration at the sub-registry office, followed by namjari (mutation). Our documentation team supports you through both until your ownership is fully recorded.
Can I buy a plot while living abroad?
Yes. NRB buyers complete the process through power of attorney, with our guidance on the documentation. Payments move through legal banking channels, and you receive documented development updates you can review remotely.
Who do I contact after my purchase is complete?
The same office, at the same number: +8801335236471. Support continues through registration, namjari, and beyond - buyers are not handed off after the sale.
